Job Summary
Design, develop, and enhance enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and the Power Platform, delivering new application capabilities, workflow automation, and business process improvements. Lead technical implementation of approved change requests, refactor existing components to reduce technical debt, and contribute to solution architecture discussions and design workshops. Identify performance optimization opportunities, develop custom plugins and integrations using C#, and collaborate with functional consultants and customer stakeholders. Maintain solution deployment and release management practices within Azure DevOps environments.
Required Qualifications
- valid PL-400 qualification
- Proven experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate
- Experience developing custom plugins and integrations using C# and Microsoft best practices
- Experience delivering enhancements and new functionality within enterprise application environments
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and modern ALM practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
