Senior Posterior Consumables Specialist

Job Summary
Manage installed base protection and generate new consumable/liquids sales by adhering to GMP and ISO 9001 processes while attaining yearly revenue and profit quotas within a specific expense budget. Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for surgeons, operating room staff, and administration to educate on product application and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, and territory records to forecast monthly pipelines, control accounts receivable, and communicate market trends and competitive activities to management. Develop creative marketing approaches and implement synergy opportunities with corporate partners. Operate a specific cost center to manage sales, expenses, and inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent
- Five plus (5+) years' sales experience
- High level of technical/ clinical product knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet and database management
- Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills
- Develop expertise in product application and practice management implications
- Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid motor vehicle license
- Location: The ideal location for this candidate is Nashville, TN or Birmingham, AL
