Job Summary
Lead complex analytical initiatives driving strategic decision-making and portfolio optimization by independently managing high-impact projects for renewable energy execution. Design, develop, and enhance advanced dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and BI tools to generate actionable insights for portfolio planning. Serve as a subject matter expert integrating data from Primavera P6, Salesforce, and SQL databases to support reporting, while establishing performance measurement frameworks to proactively manage project health. Drive the analytical development of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and present findings to influence strategic direction. Mentor junior professionals and refine policies to support successful project controls practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field
- 5 or more years of progressive experience in portfolio analysis, strategic planning, project controls analysis, or related BI function
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives and mentoring of junior professionals

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP, CSCP, CTSC)
