Job Summary
Senior Portfolio Officer / PMO Consultant responsible for portfolio governance, program and project coordination, and creating transparent management information. Key duties include maintaining portfolio overviews, roadmaps, reports, and governance frameworks; developing dashboards and dashboards for visibility into performance, risks, and dependencies; coordinating calendar events and steering committee meetings; supporting Agile/SAFe practices; facilitating stakeholder communications; and contributing to standardization and optimization of PMO practices. Skills highlighted include portfolio management support, governance administration, stakeholder management, Agile & SAFe methodologies, project coordination, process improvement, reporting and dashboard development, risk and dependency management, workshop facilitation, change management support, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and Power BI.
