Senior Portfolio Manager- Renewables Energy Zones Program (Up to 20 Month Temporary Opportunity)

Senior Portfolio Manager for the Renewables Energy Zones Program leads enterprise-level integration of planning, performance, and governance across the REZ portfolio, aligning program streams (Initiate & Coordinate, Delivery, Operate & Enable) with Government priorities, providing oversight and insights to enable executive decision-making and portfolio optimisation. The role acts as Steerco Secretariat overseeing governance, finance, interdependencies, sequencing across multiple workstreams, and driving efficient portfolio outcomes within a fixed-term contract through a flexible hybrid work arrangement from the Sydney location. Strong PMO or portfolio management experience, ability to analyse cost/schedule/risk, support executive reporting, and engage stakeholders are required. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in PMO, program management, or analytics are preferred.
