Job Summary
Establish portfolio governance and analytics frameworks across JBT Marel's global innovation organization by developing dashboards, reports, and standardized best practices for new product development and lifecycle management. Design and implement Planview programs, coordinate project timelines, and facilitate decision-making while translating complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders. Partner with division heads to align the development pipeline with market demands and ensure transparent visibility of innovation activities through regular performance reporting cycles.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience within portfolio management, innovation management, product development or innovation governance
- Demonstrated experience establishing portfolio management frameworks, governance and reporting structures
- Experience with portfolio management systems, preferably Planview
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced data interpretation skills
- Experience with dashboard development, data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling business insights and executive-level storytelling
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong listening skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions and cultures
- A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a strong focus on delivering tangible outcomes
