Job Summary
Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for analytical risk assessment and credit oversight of the loan portfolio, including annual reviews, covenant compliance, and financial collection processes. Partners with Relationship Managers to meet client needs, gather financial data for underwriting, analyze cash flow for commercial and individual borrowers, prepare financial spreads and credit documentation, assist in structuring and pricing loans, coordinate closing/booking events, monitor industry trends, and ensure compliance training is completed on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor (4-year college) degree
- 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
