Job Summary
Develop and execute the Acute Care Connectivity strategy to enhance customer value, strengthen portfolio performance, and drive competitive differentiation. Conduct customer, patient, market, and competitive research to identify needs, trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities that inform strategic priorities and product roadmaps. Build and manage a pipeline of digital applications, ecosystem opportunities, partnerships, and portfolio expansion initiatives to support long-term growth. Own key aspects of the Acute Care Connectivity portfolio, including lifecycle management, prioritization, strategic recommendations, and long-term portfolio planning. Analyze product and service linkages across the portfolio to identify opportunities to improve customer value, strengthen solutions, and drive business growth. Establish and monitor portfolio performance criteria and business analytics to evaluate trends, portfolio health, investment opportunities, pricing, and business cases. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and ProCare to translate market insights into strategic initiatives, investments, and customer-focused solutions. Build strong partnerships and drive accountability and execution across teams to align priorities, accelerate initiatives, and deliver high-quality results. This hybrid role is based out of the Portage, MI office.
Required Qualifications
