Job Summary
Lead investment onboarding, security master maintenance, and data governance for the Asset-Based Finance platform, ensuring accurate setup of new investments and integrity of portfolio attributes. Partner with IT and reporting teams to manage data architecture across Microsoft Lakehouse, Allvue, and Oxane systems, validating queries and business logic for asset-level reporting. Collaborate on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, including position reporting, performance metrics, and Global Track Record management, while driving automation and process efficiencies. Develop sophisticated financial models to support portfolio analytics, scenario modeling, and capital allocation decisions. Perform complex analyses for business planning and executive reporting, leading special projects on system implementations and cross-functional initiatives. Requires 6+ years of finance experience with private credit exposure and hands-on SQL/Power Query skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- 6+ years of finance and analytics experience
- at least 2 years in the private credit sector
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience with Microsoft Lakehouse, SQL Server, Power Query or similar systems
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- familiarity with financial models and tools used to determine project financial benefits and profitability such as: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment (ROI)
- Experience with portfolio management, accounting, and reporting systems (e.g., Allvue, Oxane, Lakehouse environments, Power BI)
