Job Summary
Analyze investment portfolios and capabilities while supporting the commercial process around client queries and RfPs, specifically focusing on the T. Rowe Price ESG approach. Generate quality answers for DDQs, RfPs, and written commentaries by conducting portfolio analysis that incorporates research from the Responsible Investing and Corporate Governance teams. Lead the production of quarterly strategy updates for internal and external purposes, including investment letters and presentations. Execute responsibilities using AI-enabled analytics to aggregate data, perform recurring analysis, and synthesize information, subject to human review. Act as an investment resource for content creation, including custom presentations and sales collateral development, while helping to build internal understanding through education modules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years Asset Management experience in a related field
- Passion for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) issues
- Proven experience using ESG analytical resources such as Sustainalytics and MSCI ESG Ratings
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, with excellent attention to detail
- Can lead and drive analytical projects to successful conclusions
- Demonstrated interest in and comfort with using AI-enabled tools
Desired Qualifications
- Charter Financial Analyst Accreditation (CFA) or currently working towards the CFA
