Job Summary
Senior Portfolio Advisor manages a full set of fee-producing investment accounts for large, high net worth personal trusts and individual portfolios, developing and directing investment objectives and strategies, coordinating with the client service team, and maintaining accountability to investment guidelines and risk practices. The role requires mastery of investment methodologies, portfolio research, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, while leading teams, driving opportunities, and contributing to national investment initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8–12 years of investment experience
- Knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, accounting and financial principles
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and influence others
- Demonstrated decision-making, sales, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Strong client service orientation and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
