Job Summary
As a Senior Port and Marine Engineer and Project Manager, you will lead technical project delivery, manage marine projects, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You will drive innovation in structural skill sets, maintain excellent client relations, and act as a mentor to junior team members. The role requires proven experience in marine structure design, knowledge of design codes, and competencies in client and stakeholder collaboration. You will be part of a diverse team focused on sustainability and the green energy transition, working on various marine projects from planning to detailed design.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar)
- Proven experience in technical design of complex port and marine projects
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in the design of marine structures
- Knowledge of port equipment, mooring systems, and navigation
- Extensive knowledge of relevant design codes and design methodologies
- Experience with complex multidisciplinary marine projects
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
- Comfort in a dynamic work environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong commitment to sustainability
