Job Summary
Senior Pool Technician needed for a full-time, year-round role servicing residential pools in Dallas/Park Cities/Plano. Responsibilities include on-site pool maintenance, testing and adjusting water chemistry, vacuuming/ brushing pools, backwashing filters, maintaining equipment and chemical stock in the company vehicle, updating customer pool records, and reporting issues. Emphasis on delivering excellent customer experience. Benefits include healthcare reimbursement, incentives, on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and a company-issued vehicle. Must have solid pool-chemistry knowledge, experience with a range of pool services, a customer-service mindset, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Some heavy lifting and outdoor work required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional experience in pool industry OR entry level with paid on-the-job training available
- Solid knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancing
- Experience with pool services such as filter cleans, green-to-cleans, and other one-time services
- Customer service mindset, professional and reliable
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
