Senior Policy and Projects Officer

Lead policy projects related to diversion and therapeutic responses for people with complex needs in contact with the criminal justice system. Manage governance forums, stakeholder engagement, program reporting and evaluation, and coach junior team members. Focus on supporting the MERIT program delivered in partnership with NSW Health, providing diversionary services for eligible defendants while court matters are adjourned. Demonstrate strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, project management, and commitment to professional development to improve program delivery and outcomes for women and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants.
