Senior Policy Analyst, Energy Affordability

Lead technical advocacy on utility regulation, electricity markets, and energy affordability by analyzing rate cases, integrated resource plans, and regulatory proceedings to identify consumer impacts. Serve as a subject matter expert on ratepayer issues while developing recommendations for participation in legislative initiatives and public policy campaigns. Translate complex technical and regulatory challenges into clear materials for consumers, policymakers, and media, and advocate before Congress, federal agencies, and state utility commissions. Collaborate across the Consumer Impact division and external coalitions to influence critical energy decisions at state and national levels.
