Job Summary
Manage the Program Management Office activities for Tech Enablement workstreams covering infrastructure, Basis, Development, data migration, and security across the complete program lifecycle. Establish governance structures, quality assurance processes, and risk mitigation plans while coordinating resources and monitoring system integrator performance. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with defined standards and control the Tech Enablement PMO budget. Execute program set-up, design, build, testing, and deployment phases within a highly regulated environment supporting Fresenius's global SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in program management/Programme Management Office, with a focus on large-scale SAP ERP implementations
- Proven experience managing SAP transformation programs in large, multi-segment organizations, preferable in the life sciences industry
- Proven ability to manage relationships with system integrators, including contracting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
- Business-fluent English is required
- German language skills are an advantage
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP methodologies) are highly desirable
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Level
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, with a calm, structured approach under pressure
