Job Summary
Independently manage a portfolio of complex engineering projects for the Quality, Optimization and Excellence Team, defining scope, objectives, and success metrics while monitoring progress against plans. Facilitate detailed project planning sessions, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions with Engineering Leads and cross-functional stakeholders. Lead resolution of project roadblocks, drive accountability for deliverables, and provide clear status updates to the PMO Lead and relevant parties. Guide junior PMs on best practices and champion the use of PMO templates and tools. Requires 5+ years of project management experience, PMP certification preferred, and ability to work in a dynamic environment with 10% travel. Based in the Philippines with normal shift type.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience
- Experience preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analysis
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
