As a Senior Plumber, lead by example delivering high-quality plumbing installations, repairs, and service while ensuring exceptional customer experience and developing junior team members. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and install residential or commercial plumbing systems with expertise; manage complex service calls and installations ensuring code compliance and safety; communicate clearly with homeowners, outlining issues and solutions; mentor apprentices on-site; complete service documentation and manage truck material inventory; collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and leadership to maintain high customer satisfaction.
