Senior Plumbing Designer responsible for developing plumbing calculations and system designs for large commercial projects, including sanitary, water, gas, storm, medical gas, and fire protection; mentor junior designers; use Revit 2022, AutoCAD 2021, and Bluebeam; review code items to ensure compliance with client requirements and specifications; assist in equipment selection and project calculations; contribute to feasibility studies and sustainability analyses; collaborate with the team to design plumbing systems for K-12 educational projects; support professional growth and knowledge sharing within a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of work experience with an engineering consultant
- Proficient in Revit 2022 and AutoCAD 2021
- Proficiency with Bluebeam
