Job Summary
Senior PLM Engineer responsible for defining and governing engineering toolset policies and standards across Mission Systems; integrate PLM (Teamcenter) with ERP (SAP/IFS); provide expert support for Teamcenter, DOORS, NX, ANSYS, Autodesk; lead configuration management best practices across the engineering lifecycle; collaborate with stakeholders to improve tools, processes, and user experience. Role involves shaping a data-driven engineering digital thread, with hybrid work arrangement (days onsite, days at home) at the Bristol site. Requires strong Teamcenter PLM experience, familiarity with engineering environments, and ability to engage stakeholders and translate technical detail into practical outcomes; security clearance eligibility (SC) and sole UK nationality are required.
