Job Summary
Senior Platform Operations Coordinator responsible for managing Life360's direct-sold programmatic deals across integrated DSPs, acting as the go-to expert on the Life360 Ads platform and DSP partnerships; troubleshoot deal issues, train internally on DSP partnerships, monitor deal health daily, identify upsell opportunities for high-performing PMPs, support campaign assembly and optimization for audience scale and inventory curation to exceed client KPIs, and model deal pacing and revenue trends to aid forecasting. Collaborates with Sales, Analytics, Ad Operations, Engineering, and Product; communicates with internal teams and clients; requires 2–3 years of DSP experience (TTD, DV360, Amazon DSP), campaign management, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. BA/BS degree in Business or Communications.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in large DSP platforms (TTD, DV360, and Amazon DSP preferred)
- 2–3 years of campaign management and client-facing experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
- Ability to work well with & without constant direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
