Job Summary
Senior Platform Engineer at SAVR responsible for owning and evolving our AWS platform, infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, observability, and cloud governance. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product designers and product managers to build scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS, Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), ECS/EKS, and data services (Aurora, PostgreSQL, Snowflake). Contribute to backend services when needed, optimize costs, improve developer experience, and ensure secure, reliable operations. Technologies mentioned include Kotlin, PHP, Python, ECS, Aurora, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and cloud tooling. English fluency and EU work permit or Swedish citizenship required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience designing, building and operating cloud-based systems in production environments
- Solid experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, ECS and/or EKS, and observability tooling
- Are fluent in English and either hold Swedish citizenship or a valid EU work permit
