Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, developing memory services and vector storage patterns for semantic search. Operate a Kubernetes-based platform enabling deployment and scaling of AI systems while integrating guardrails for governed enterprise data. Build observability capabilities covering agent execution, performance, and operational health, then collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to define standards and improve developer self-service. Stay current with emerging cloud-native and agentic AI technologies to continuously improve the platform. Required Qualifications
- Extensive practical experience operating Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure in production or at scale
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform
- Experience with automation, CI/CD, and GitOps delivery
- Experience building reusable platform capabilities for engineering teams
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies
- Experience with RAG, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems
- Experience integrating with governed data or ML platforms
- Databricks experience
- Proficiency in Python, Shell, and/or Go for scripting and automating infrastructure and workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-moving environment
- Fluency in English
