Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain K8s-based solutions, clusters, and supporting AWS infrastructure to help engineering teams run applications reliably. Guide infrastructure engineers in best practices for K8s, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions while collaborating with the security team to enhance cloud infrastructure security. Continuously improve CI/CD systems and concepts to enable safe, efficient deployments on AWS-managed services and Kubernetes. Provide hands-on support to product teams, offering implementation recommendations to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain and increase the company's security posture through active collaboration with security specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and managing Kubernetes solutions and supporting AWS infrastructure, balancing cost, performance, usability, and maintainability
- Extraordinary K8s and infrastructure troubleshooting skills
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Valid Kubernetes CKA certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey a technical topic to non-technical personnel
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and the Argo suite
- Solid knowledge of networking, security, monitoring, and Linux system administration
- Experience in telecom/connectivity domains
- CKS certification
