Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, scalable platform services and contribute to infrastructure design, developer experience, and delivery practices with a high degree of autonomy. Shape architectural decisions, support engineering teams in achieving predictable, value-led delivery, and uplift peers as part of ENSEK’s platform-first culture. Apply advanced capability across Product, Delivery, and Engineering to drive platform value, and communicate complex concepts clearly. Write maintainable infrastructure-as-code and platform tooling (Terraform, Crossplane, Helm), contribute to platform architectural discussions (cloud-native design, EKS, self-service patterns), and advocate for secure, observable, and resilient systems. Mentor junior engineers, participate in guilds, and champion golden-path adoption while aligning with cost-efficient infrastructure options and robust testing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Terraform, Crossplane, Helm
- Proficient in cloud-native infrastructure design (EKS, GitOps)
- Infra-as-code and automation
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Delivery-focused with agile practices
- Secure coding and least-privilege access
- Observability and reliability tooling
