Job Summary
Senior Platform Engineer with deep Python, cloud-native development, and DevSecOps expertise. Design scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs, build secure backend systems, develop frontend interfaces with React/TypeScript, and deploy cloud-enabled solutions in Azure and AWS. Integrate Wiz CNAPP capabilities, automate policy enforcement, implement IaC with Terraform, containerize with Docker/Kubernetes, and apply secure-by-design practices. Responsibilities include building secure APIs, data processing, AI/ML integration in production, CI/CD and IaC pipelines, OAuth2/JWT security, code generation tools, and mentoring junior developers. Requires 7+ years in software development, 4+ years Python, 2+ years Go, experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django, React/Next.js/Vue, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud environments (Azure preferred). Preferred GraphQL, observability tools, async programming, and DevSecOps familiarity. Compensation range $113,900-$189,900 with annual bonus eligibility. Location: New York, NY (US); full-time role with standard benefits at LSEG.
Required Qualifications
