Job Summary
Senior Platform Engineer responsible for maintaining and expanding Kubernetes-based platform for international teams in the Netherlands and Ukraine. You’ll automate build/deploy and scaling processes, implement security and compliance measures, and support developers in building containerized applications. You’ll work on cloud-native solutions, IaC automation (Terraform/Ansible), and internal developer platform (IDP) initiatives, collaborate with a small international team, participate in on-call rotations, and help drive cost-efficiency across cloud infrastructure. Proficiency with Kubernetes, container orchestration, FluxCD/ArgoCD a plus, and experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions) are expected. Dutch language skills are a plus; hybrid work arrangement (50/50 office/remote) and a fully remote option for some time are offered. A VOG certificate is required for eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration (3+ years)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code automation (Terraform or Ansible)
- Experience in Azure cloud environment
- Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch
- Dutch language proficiency is a plus
