Job Summary
Maintain and optimize a Salesforce Sales Cloud org with over one million records, designing scalable automations using Flow Builder, SOQL, and Apex. Manage lead routing, campaigns, and multi-channel sales workflows while integrating systems such as PoS, Data Lakes, and third-party APIs. Implement Agentforce solutions using Prompt Engineering and RAG, leveraging Einstein AI tools for sales enablement and analytics. Ensure continuous integration and deployment via CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance and documenting technical changes. This long-term remote B2B contract supports a collaborative international team working on enterprise-grade environments with cutting-edge AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- 46 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with large orgs (1M+ records, 100+ users)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and data security
- Expert in declarative tools (Flows, formula fields, validation rules) and comfortable with custom code (Apex, SOQL)
- Proven ability to design scalable and efficient data models
- Experienced with integrations (Marketing Cloud, middleware, data warehouses, APIs)
- Platform App Builder certification
- Advanced Administrator certification
- Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Familiar with DevOps (Gearset, Copado, DevOps Center, GitHub) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
