Job Summary
Guide customers, partners, and internal teams on ServiceNow Platform architecture, instance strategy, and technical governance to establish a foundation for long-term success. Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and roadmaps while engaging executive leaders to position ServiceNow as the standard for digital transformation. Manage delivery operating models, reduce technical debt, and support sales efforts by scoping engagements and estimating change orders. Ensure alignment with leading practices across multiple workflows and engagements. Fluently communicate in Finnish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 8+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services (SaaS) organization
- Management consulting experience
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Industry domain expertise
- Large program experience leading architecture and design
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Cloud application technology experience
- Right to work in country
- Fluent in Finnish and English
