Job Summary
Senior Platform Architect for ServiceNow leading advisory engagements to design and govern AI-enabled cloud platform solutions. Responsible for translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, guiding customers, partners, and internal teams on instance strategy, governance, core data, integrations, and platform health, and shaping customer roadmaps to enable long-term success. Will engage with Enterprise Architects and business leaders to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, support scoping and change orders, and contribute leading practices across multiple engagements. Requires 8+ years in professional services or equivalent, management consulting experience, industry domain expertise, large program leadership, enterprise-architecture experience, and cloud application technology experience; right to work in country.
