Senior Platform Administrator (MT4/MT5)

Job Summary
Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response for MT4/MT5 trading servers, including on-call and weekend activities. Diagnose complex production issues, liaise directly with MetaQuotes for resolution, and test, deploy, and integrate Windows server-build and application upgrades. Configure hosting machines, disaster-recovery environments, bridges, and liquidity-provider systems while designing new platform solutions and leading mid-to-large-scale infrastructure projects. Develop operational procedures, drive automation, and produce technical documentation. Train and mentor junior administrators to strengthen team capability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure
- at least 2 years on trading platforms
- Advanced knowledge of MetaQuotes MT4/MT5 server administration
- Expert-level Windows Server administration
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
- Deep understanding of networking (VPN, firewall, routing)
- Experience with bridge/LP systems (PrimeXM, OneZero)
- Proven ability to mentor and lead technical team members
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in English
- Comfortable leading under pressure during incidents

Desired Qualifications
- AWS cloud experience (RDS, S3, VPN tunnels)
- Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting (Grafana, PRTG, OpenTelemetry)
- Linux administration experience
- Project management skills
- ITIL or similar framework certification
