Job Summary
Own the firm's Planview platform and portfolio management capabilities by setting product vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy to support enterprise planning, investment governance, and strategic execution. Define business requirements, prioritize enhancements, and partner with technology teams and vendors to deliver platform capabilities while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, finance, and governance teams to drive standardized planning practices, improve decision-making, and communicate roadmap progress to executive stakeholders. Oversee reporting, dashboards, and analytics to ensure data integrity and track metrics for platform adoption and business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, program management, strategy execution, business management, or related fields
- Experience leading enterprise platforms or business applications with multiple stakeholder groups of a similar size and scope
- Experience with portfolio management, resource management, financial planning, or strategic planning processes
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Platform Owner for Planview or a related product
- Experience with enterprise portfolio management (PPM) and strategic planning disciplines
- Experience supporting annual planning, funding governance, business case management, and resource planning
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and prioritizing product backlogs
- Experience defining and measuring business value realization
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation and strategic execution initiatives
- Experience in the investment management or financial services industry
