Job Summary
Senior Plant Manager leading Coke Florida’s Hollywood metal/food & beverage manufacturing operations. Owns end-to-end plant performance, integrating high-speed production with automated warehouse systems, driving safety, quality, service, and cost improvements. Responsible for cross-functional leadership across Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance; partnering with Technology, Engineering, and Human Resources to drive continuous improvement, manufacturing goals, and succession planning. Manages plant P&L, collaborates with Sales for planning/forecasting, and maintains relationships with customers and community stakeholders. Requires extensive leadership experience in manufacturing with Lean/CI expertise, and experience with warehouse automation and WMS technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations or production environments
- Prior manufacturing leadership experience is required; food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated success leading Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Proven warehouse leadership; Automated Warehouse experience with Automation Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Vertique (warehouse automation) highly desired
