Senior, Plant Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Monitor and maintain all plant systems and equipment, including balers, conveyors, motors, and hydraulic power packs, while responding to system failures with corrective action. Lead Plant Technicians and contractors by interpreting work requests, prioritizing tasks, and assigning repairs to ensure safe and efficient operations. Manage preventive maintenance inspections, daily equipment backlogs, and third-party repair quality, while controlling inventory and ordering replacement parts. Establish work procedures to meet production schedules and advise management on Standard Repair Times. Perform service calls for emergency breakdowns and maintain a clean, safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA and safety protocols. Requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to perform under limited supervision
- Requires a flexible work schedule which may include nights and weekends to support operating schedule and the needs of the facility
