Senior, Plant Maintenance Manager - Recycling Services, MRF

Lead maintenance operations and manage a skilled team to sustain the safe and efficient recycling equipment across multiple facilities. Execute preventative maintenance programs, coordinate tasks between operations and vendors, and perform plant inspections to generate work requests for safety and process improvements. Conduct weekly meetings to address mechanical issues, lead safety training, and audit completed work orders for accurate charging. Manage departmental financials, including the maintenance budget, labor costs, and monthly reporting, while overseeing spare parts inventory and vendor relationships. Develop performance objectives, handle hiring and staff development, and ensure all work complies with OSHA standards.
