Job Summary
Senior Plant Director responsible for site-level execution across multiple facilities, owning safety, quality, service, and cost performance. Sets the standard for disciplined planning and execution; drives production commitments, labor efficiency, throughput, and waste reduction; leads daily operating rhythms and performance reviews; serves as the single point of accountability for site results. Oversees safety culture, audits and investigations, maintenance planning and reliability, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, HR, and Engineering. Manages operating budgets, cost/per-pound initiatives, and capital projects; develops and mentors plant leadership, supports succession planning, and ensures training and development across management teams. Requires strong communication, analytical, mathematical, and administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; participates in corporate safety, planning, and maintenance programs and adheres to training and development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business or Operations Management or related field required. Advanced degree is desirable.
