Job Summary
Develop and maintain project baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, preparing detailed project plans, resource loading, and cash flow forecasts. Monitor project progress, conduct critical path and delay analysis, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate schedule deviations. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations while tracking milestones and key performance indicators. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeline objectives. Manage project costs, prepare BOQs, evaluate contractor claims, and oversee contract administration for large-scale construction, infrastructure, EPC, or real estate projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Planning, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying, and Commercial Management
- Proven experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and cost control practices
- Experience in contract administration and claims management
