Job Summary
Senior Planning Officer responsible for building and managing a database of storage and archival records, providing administrative support to the Performing Arts Division, arranging travel, monthly forecasting, liaising on artistic procurement, and assisting in procurement tasks including ERP data input and reporting. Supports annual business planning and corporate planning with data consolidation from multiple units, provides comparative analysis of past performances, contributes to budgeting familiarity, and performs other administration, research and planning functions. Requires a recognised university degree and 3–4 years of experience (preferably in statutory body, non-profit or arts sector); proficient with Microsoft Excel, strong numerical ability, organisational and communication skills in English and Chinese, and ability to work independently to deliver timely support.
