Job Summary
Senior Planning Manager leads the planning and execution of Life Science and Manufacturing projects, overseeing master schedules, risk analysis, and scheduling strategies using Primavera P6. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, translating client vision into deliverable onsite plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing progress reports, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Requires deep experience in planning/scheduling for EPC/Life Sciences or Manufacturing, familiarity with drawings/specifications/contracting, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks and optimize project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in planning and scheduling for engineering, procurement, and construction projects, ideally in Life Sciences or Manufacturing
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracting processes
- Expertise in Primavera P6 for creating and managing complex project schedules
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks
