Job Summary
Senior Planning Manager responsible for leading projects, defining strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with overall vision. Lead planning performance for life science and manufacturing sectors, manage project and tender planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Assist senior management with negotiations, contract development, and business development. Develop long-term strategies for assigned business units. Foster a positive and collaborative environment, upholding Mace's core values. Network within clients and leverage best practices and knowledge. Build strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders. Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software. Experience leading and managing large, diverse teams. Proven ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders. Understanding of carbon and sustainability considerations in project planning.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree (e.g., Engineering, Project Management)
- Commitment to professional development (membership or equivalent)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in capital programs
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Deep expertise in property or infrastructure project management
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Experience leading and managing large, diverse teams
- Proven ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Understanding of carbon and sustainability considerations in project planning
