Job Summary
Senior Planning Manager (Construction) responsible for program-wide project controls and scheduling; develop and supervise planning/scheduling teams; manage the Program Master Schedule; interface with client, PMCM, and engineering, design, and construction teams; provide guidance, reporting, and risk mitigation; ensure compliant scheduling processes and integration of scope, cost, and schedule within WBS; leverage Primavera and AI scheduling tools to inform planning decisions; lead strategic planning initiatives and deliver detailed progress reports to senior management; requires 15+ years in project controls and scheduling, engineering and construction experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university
- 15+ years of work experience in project control and scheduling of engineering and construction activities, including supervisory/managerial experience
- Extensive experience with projects at the design stage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems scheduling technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project
