Job Summary
Senior Planning Manager to develop and manage planning, scheduling, and time-related risk activities for the Tunnel System Integration package within the Diriyah Infrastructure Program. Responsibilities include developing and controlling detailed baseline schedules (Primavera P6), structuring WBS and coding for integrated reporting, coordinating schedules from contractors and vendors, implementing progress measurement and earned value metrics, producing regular planning reports, leading time-related interface coordination, managing schedule risk registers and time-impact analyses, and guiding the planning team. Required skills include extensive Primavera P6 expertise, tunnel/major infrastructure project experience, confidence in data analytics and dashboard tooling (Excel, Power BI), BIM/4D familiarity, and knowledge of international contracts such as FIDIC. Desired qualifications include postgraduate project management, advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, and professional certifications; willingness to be based in Riyadh and travel for coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience in major infrastructure or transportation projects with at least 5 years in a senior planning role on large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs
- Demonstrable experience in tunnel projects and/or system integration packages
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong capability in schedule development, resource loading, cost loading, and earned value analysis
- Experience with planning interfaces to BIM/4D tools and common data environments is beneficial
- High level of competency in MS Excel, Power BI or similar tools
