Senior Planning Manager

Job Summary
Own the UK production plan end to end, balancing efficiency, plan attainment, minimised downtime, and flexibility while leading the planning team through a step change in maturity. Manage the planning structure and scale hiring of the operational workforce, continuously assessing labour requirements and planning ahead for seasonal calendars. Lead, coach, and elevate the planning team and executives, driving cost-saving initiatives and generating weekly and monthly KPIs to identify trends. Continuously improve planning strategy using data and feedback, working with BI and Operations to automate processes and refine planning tools. Ensure compliance across Food Safety, Health & Safety, and applicable standards such as BRCGS and ISO.
