Job Summary
Senior Planning Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and project controls for complex mixed-use high-rise developments. Develop and maintain master schedules for RCC and post-tensioned slab construction, perform critical-path analysis, and coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Lead planning activities for high-rise structural systems (RCC core/columns, PT slab) with resource-loaded schedules for specialized equipment (climbing formwork, tower cranes) and labor allocation across multiple towers. Deliver progress reports, S-curves, and earned value analysis; conduct regular schedule reviews; coordinate with commercial teams for contract administration and EOT assessments. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills required; proficiency in Primavera P6, RCC construction methodologies, PT slab systems, BIM coordination, MEP coordination, and related project-management tools. Location: Mumbai, India; on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 16-18 years of progressive experience in construction planning and project controls, with minimum 10 years focused on high-rise developments
- Proven expertise in RCC and post-tensioned slab construction planning for high-rise structures
- Track record of delivering complex developments with values exceeding $200 million
- Experience with Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Management
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and 4D scheduling integration
- Competency in Microsoft Project, Excel advanced functions, and project management software
- PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
