Senior Planning Engineer (Site Supervision)

Job Summary
Oversee site planning operations and coordinate construction activities in Riyadh, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budgets. Lead site supervision teams, manage labor and equipment deployment, analyze requirements to identify bottlenecks, and prepare detailed reports on performance, safety metrics, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues, maintain project momentum, conduct site inspections, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Proficient in construction management software and project planning tools; strong knowledge of building codes and Saudi regulations; advanced BIM capabilities; English communication skills; and proven leadership in coordinating diverse teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in site planning, construction management, or site supervision
- Proficiency with construction management software and project planning tools
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced technical knowledge of BIM
