Senior Planning Engineer - Construction

Senior Planning Engineer to support the project controls team on high-profile construction projects in Cardiff. Responsibilities include developing work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing project control reports, and providing performance analysis and recommendations. Required skills include Earned Value, progress updating, cost/control/change control, baseline management, reporting, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SAP, and other web-based project control tools. Desirable to hold security clearance or be able to obtain and maintain clearance. The role is UK-based with in-person (office) working arrangement and a focus on delivering control and analysis within an infrastructure context (airports, rail, utilities, defence).
