Job Summary
Stanley Consultants seeks a Senior Planner to direct multi-discipline teams in executing military master planning tasks across various Federal and DoD clients. The role demands extensive experience in military planning, leadership in charrette workshops, and collaboration with clients to meet their requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Military Master Planning experience
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification
- Degree in Planning, Geography, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Engineering
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Ability to acquire background clearance sufficient to gain entry to military installations
- Ability to pass a security/background check and security clearance investigation
- Experience with Esri products and Autodesk’s AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of military planning requirements and budgeting processes
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA / RLA)
- United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Accredited Professional
- Project Management experience
- Member of the American Planning Association – Federal Planning Division
- Private, urban, and regional master planning experience
Additional Requirements
- Ability to acquire background clearance sufficient to gain entry to military installations
- Requires a US Passport and the ability to travel domestically and internationally
