Senior Planner, S&OE

Job Summary

Own supply inputs to S&OE within the tactical planning horizon by connecting with Hong Kong production teams and translating impacts back to business units. Lead communication of production changes to cross-functional planning teams, coordinate prioritization, and escalate post-buy issues with alternatives and trade-offs. Oversee global supply delivery into regions, partner with Merch and Demand teams to adjust plans for production or transit shifts, and coordinate data analysis during supply disruptions. Analyze supplier delivery performance to provide actionable insights, troubleshoot complex issues involving ambiguity, and audit processes for accuracy. Drive alignment and action across global and regional partners to optimize outcomes and enable informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or relevant supply chain role
  • expert knowledge of concepts within T1/T2 Supply Planning & production processes and general supply chain flow
  • detailed knowledge of factory production planning and process, production management, and supply chain nodes
  • ability to build relationships at all levels both internally and externally and leverage those relationship to drive alignment and action
  • strong data analysis background, with experience using o9, Excel, Power BI
  • solid knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP/ Planning systems and order management processes
  • self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as a strong team player collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated analytical capabilities and business savvy: with a focus on detail accuracy and a strong aim to improve existing process and systems
  • advanced analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit and/or resolve complex issues in scenarios with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • strong time management skills; work well with deadlines and under pressure, and have an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a people-facing role
  • experience with o9 or a similar advanced planning system
  • proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
  • This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work

Desired Qualifications

  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS) desirable
