Job Summary
Oversee the planning process by developing strategic procedures for regional bid and construction stage planning, programme control, and reporting. Provide planning support for all regional bids, managing the appraisal and review process to identify programme constraints, statutory obligations, and contractual risks while developing efficient programme and logistics solutions. Coordinate the transfer of programme intelligence from bid to contract stages, including resource and output calculations, and assist in preparing client presentations and interviews. Manage the delivery of commercially attractive tender solutions through robust programme management.

- Planning role experience
- Significant experience in front-end construction project management
