Job Summary
Assimilate project information to communicate work scope, prepare resourced programmes, and contribute to the risk register. Define methods in consultation with estimators and the supply chain, establish design briefs for temporary works, and provide justified schedules of indirect cost items. Manage project documentation, attend bid and handover meetings to clarify delivery intentions, and support the team with required feedback reports. This role supports the EGL1 Project in Durham within the Energy sector, requiring experience on HV Power and transmission projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience on Major Civil Engineering and/or Construction projects
- Experience working on HV Power, Transmission & Distribution Projects
- Use of planning software (P6, Asta, TILOS, QSRA)
- Active experience of working with a wide range of planning techniques in serving both tendering and contract delivery
- A clear understanding of the commercial and contractual interfaces with the planning function
- Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK
